Tips to locating a plastic water line:
Most plastic water lines have no tracer wire, so RF utility locators cannot trace them. We locate these lines acoustically; a tracer wire, when present, can be traced with RF. Use known fixtures and nearby utilities only as reference points, and have the line professionally located before digging.
